Description: Sheltered within a beautiful house of Grand-Place, the museum occupies the arched basements of the building. The exhibited equipment (vat, boilers, "fourquets"...) comes from an old traditional brewery of the 18th century. Modern techniques of brewing are explained by a museography judiciously using multimedia technology.
